Associate Professor Roger Gay

Roger Gay joined the Department in 1999 from Deakin University, School of Accounting and Finance, Geelong, where he taught finance and life insurance subjects. Prior to that, he was with the Warrnambool Institute of Advanced Education. In 2000 he was a visiting fellow at the Centre for Financial Mathematics at the Australian National University, Canberra, where he participated in the development of the Heyde FATGBM risky asset model.

In 2001 Roger was involved in the presentation of two new courses, Mathematical Finance and Debt Markets and Fixed Income Securities.

Applications of mathematics and statistics to problems in finance and actuarial science.
