Dean joined the Department at the beginning
of 2003. Prior to this he was a lecturer in the Department of Accounting
and Management, La Trobe University.

Dean is currently enrolled in a PhD examining whether firms response to the financial reporting reclassification of mandatorily redeemable preferred stock is a function of private debt contract financial covenant specifications. |
