Dr Ruvendra Nandan
B.Com (Hons) Delhi, Grad. Dip., M A S. Pac, PhD Bristol, CPA, CA Fiji, ACIS
Ruvendra joined the Department of Accounting and Finance in 2005. Prior joining Monash University, Ruvendra worked as a Senior Lecturer and Convenor for the Discipline of Accounting and Associate Dean (School of Business) at James Cook University, Cairns. Ruvendra's other academic appointments were at the University of the South Pacific and the National University of Fiji (previously known as the Fiji Institute of Technology).
| Research: |
Ruvendra's main research interest is in the area of management control systems (MCS), particularly changes in MCS in both private and public sector organizations. His other research interests include SMEs' management accounting needs and the role of professional accountants, and small and medium accounting practice issues. |
