Stephen P. Smith

Stephen joined the Department in 2008.  Prior to this, Stephen has held appointments at The University of Melbourne, Department of Accounting and BIS, and the Department of Information Systems, the Clayton School of IT at Monash, and as a Financial Accountant in industry. His PhD thesis “Online vicarious-experience: Using technology to help consumers evaluate physical products over the Internet” won the runner-up award in 2007 in the ‘best Australian Information Systems thesis’ competition.
