Monash Research Interests

Primary research focus is on the distribution of financial services,

be they provided by banks, building societies, insurance companies,

retailers or other suppliers. Particularly interested in developments

in the use of plastic cards as a delivery mechanism for financial services

acceptors, card acquirers and card holders. International research into
