Training and DevelopmentStaff Professional Development Workshop ProgramThe Faculty in-semester workshop program is available for all faculty staff to address and discuss current teaching and learning issues in a supportive and collegial environment. The seminars are interactive in style and include background theory as the basis for discussion and application of the issues to individual teaching situations. These are half-day workshops and staff may attend individual sessions or entire workshops. Certificates of attendance will be issued at the end of the semester. Sessional staff will be paid to attend these workshops. Registration is required for catering purposes as light refreshments will be provided. The workshop program has concluded for 2009. More details will be available in early 2010.
