Business Education Research Network (BERN)

The Business Education Research Network (BERN) aims to facilitate quality research and teaching scholarship and practice by academics in the Faculty of Business and Economics. BERN Network activities are designed to attract staff from all academic levels – anyone who is interested in developing teaching and learning approaches, improving students’ learning outcomes and student engagement with learning, research on teaching or bringing research activities to the classroom.The objectives of the network are to:

• Establish a community of practice of academics interested in the scholarship of research and teaching;
• Enhance teaching quality in the Faculty;
• Contribute to professional research and teaching development activities;
• Enhance the research and teaching profile of academic staff.
