  • Stephen Barkoczy
    Associate Professor, Monash University
  • Justice Graham Hill
    Judge of the Federal Court of Australia and Presidential Member of the Administrative Appeals Tribunal. He has had a dis-tinguished legal career. He was previously a Queens Counsel and was also a partner at Parish Patience & Mclntyre and Dawson Waldron Solicitors. He has served as Councillor and National President of the Taxation Institute of Australia and Councillor of the Australian Tax Research Foundation. Justice Hill is also currently a Challis lecturer in taxation at the Law School of Sydney University as well as a Patron of the Australasian Tax Teachers Associa-tion. He is also senior member of the Journal of Australian Taxation's Advisory Board.
  • Jack Stuk
    Jack
    has practised in taxation law for over 20 years. He is an external consultant to a number of taxation accountants and bodies and regu-larly gives lectures and publishes articles on taxation law and practice. He is one of the two founding partners in the eight partner business law firm of Jerrard & Stuk.
  • Darren Sommers
    A former Monash University student. Admitted to practice this year, Darren, with a rare computing and law background, currently practises exclusively in the areas of taxation and information technology law and has co-written a number of articles on significant taxation issues.
  • Richard Fayle
    Associate Professor and Head of the Department of Accounting and Finance at the University of Western Australia. He is also a Senior Member of the Administrative Appeals Tribunal. He holds BCom and MCom degrees.
  • Hope Ashiabor
    Leccturer in taxation law at Macquarie University's School of Economic and Financial Studies in Sydney. He holds LLB(Hons), BL[Ghana] and LLM degrees.
