- Stephen Barkoczy
Associate Professor, Monash University
- Vince Morabito
Senior Lecturer in Law at Monash University's Department of Business Law and Taxation and a member of the Journal of Australian Taxation's Advisory Board. He holds BEc, LLB (Hons) and LLM degrees. Vince has written several articles in the areas of taxation law, tax administration, constitutional law, civil procedure and judicial administration. He is also the co-author of several books including the 2000 Core Tax Legislation and Study Guide, published by CCH Australia Ltd.
- Charles Birch
holds B Com, LLB, LLM (Monash) degrees and is completing a Ph D in law. Charles is currently a solicitor at Mallesons Stephen Jaques in Melbourne. Charles is author of the recently released book, The Australian Small Business Legal Handbook.
- Ross Guest
Senior Lecturer in Economics in the School of Accounting and Finance at Griffith University. His research has concentrated on empirical applications of representative agent models of optimal national saving, investment and the current account balance, with reference to Australia and South East Asia. Other research has included capital gains tax, applied financial economics and income distribution.
- Justin Dabner
PhD B Com LLB (Hons) is currently with the School of Law at James Cook University in Cairns. He was previously National Tax Director with both Ernst & Young and Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu as well as a senior lecturer with the Law Faculty at the University of Tasmania. Justin has previously published in other Australian and international journals.
- Domenic Carbone
Lecturer, School of Commerce at the University of Adelaide. Domenic holds LLB and LLM degrees and is a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of South Australia. Domenic is also a consulting tax advisor to legal and accounting firms, and carries on a tax and legal practice on a part-time basis. He is also a fellow of the Taxation Institute of Australia and is a frequent speaker and presenter at conferences and seminars run by the tax and accounting professional bodies.
