Fees
- The course fees for full-time international PhD and MPhil candidates are
approximately $17,000 per annum and about $8,500 per annum for part-time candidates.
The course fees vary from year to year.
Scholarships and stipends
Departmental scholarships and stipends
PhD and MPhil candidates at the Department of Business Law and Taxation may
be eligible for the following Departmental scholarships and stipends:
- Experienced overseas law academics (including members of
the Academy of Legal Studies in Business - ALSB) who are admitted to part-time
PhD candidature with the Department of Business Law & Taxation on an external/off
campus basis may be eligible for a departmental scholarship to cover their
tuition fees (approx $8,500) and their travel expenses (up to $5,000 maximum)
to meet their annual 15-day attendance requirement.
- Australian citizens and permanent residents who are admitted
to full-time PhD or MPhil candidature with the Department of Business Law
and Taxation may be eligible for an annual stipend of up to $25,000 per annum.
Other scholarships, stipends and grants
PhD and MPhil candidates may also be eligible for other scholarships, grants
and stipends offered by the
Monash Research Graduate School.
