Ashraf Kazi is a Co-ordinator of Corporations Law and Information Technology Law for Berwick, Gippsland, Distance Education, Singapore and Hong Kong students.
Ashraf has worked as College Head and Deputy College Head, Gippsland (Monash Residential Services) since 1998 until she resigned in March 2005.
Ashraf worked for the Postgraduate Department of Law, Bangalore University in India as a lecturer in law. She has also worked as the Principal, Postgraduate Department of Law, University Law College, Bangalore University. She has held responsible positions like the National Social Service Officer and Chief Warden for a period of six years in India.
She has scored highest marks in Masters in Law (LL.M) in Bangalore University and won scholarship for her studies in Graduation and Post graduation. She was awarded gold medal for Post Graduate Studies in Personnel Management (PGDPM).
She has guided more than 20 research students at the Masters level (LLM) and also served as the Women's Welfare Officer. She has published at national and international level in publications like World Leisure Journal, Canada, International Institute For Advanced Studies In Systems Research And Cybernetics, Germany

Ashraf teaches in the area of corporations law, business law, administrative law, information technology law, australian companies law and contract law.

She has been appointed as the Chief Examiner in PhD (Law) Evaluation by the Vice-Chancellor of Karnatak University, India; Vice-Chancellor of Pondicherry University, India and by V.C. Mysore University.
