Aashish Srivastava

Before joining Monash Aashish worked as a lawyer in India for three years.

Aashish’s research focuses on the reasons why there is a lack of acceptance of electronic signatures by the business community in Australia.

Teaching

Aashish is teaching in the undergraduate and graduate programs in the area of business law.

Research interests

His other research interests include legal issues in E-business and E-commerce, E-government, electronic data interchange, internet security, technology management and E-crimes.
