Daniel Khoury is a senior lecturer in the department based at the Berwick
campus.
He has been responsible for coordinating the development of the BBusCom
at Berwick, Gippsland, Malaysia, Peninsula and South Africa campuses.
Daniel was previously a Senior Lecturer in law at then Chisholm Institute
of Technology before leaving for the legal profession.
He has spent several years in private practice and was a practising barrister
for three years.

Daniel's teaching commitments include business law and tax law and practice.
Research
Daniel's research interests include taxation law and contract law. He
is currenty undertaking a PhD researching the effects of fringe benefits
tax on the remuneration policies of Australian business.
