Prior to joining the Department Mark had previously taught Commercial Law, Corporations Law and Marketing Law at Deakin University and Swinburne University of Technology.
Mark has held General Manager roles with companies involved in defence, manufacturing, IT and retail and worked with Dun & Bradstreet and Yellow Pages.

Projects
Mark has also developed a website LawFacts.net, to provide links to interesting facts and information on the web relating to leading commercial cases that are likely to be encountered in studying law (or law subjects as part of another course) at university.

Mark was commissioned by and received funding from the Victorian Department of Justice, to undertake research into practices in residential real advertising, the report from this study can be viewed here. |

Teaching
Mark teaches/has taught: Business Law, Commercial Law, Marketing Law, Australian Company Law and the Legal Environment of Business (MBA).
He has also taught Business Law on the Monash campus in Malaysia and at the Monash Centre in Prato, Italy.
Mark won the 2007 Department of Business Law and Taxation Prize for Teaching Excellence and Innovation.
