Nicola completed an LLB (Hons), Legal Practice Course and LLM in the UK before moving to Australia.
Nicola joined Monash Business Law and Taxation Department as a Lecturer from Deakin University Law School in 2009. Nicola was also a Senior Fellow on the Melbourne Law Masters from 2004 - 2009, teaching 'Fundamentals of the Common Law' and 'Australian Legal Process and Institutions.'
She is completing a PhD thesis examining the potential impact of non-state actors in the WTO dispute settlement system. Her major research interests lie in WTO governance, international dispute settlement and the role of non-state actors in global economic governance.
