Paula joined the department in 1998 as an assistant lecturer. Before this, she had been a lecturer in law at RMIT, had worked as a research assistant in industrial law at Melbourne Law School and had also taken sessional tutorials in business law at Clayton.
Earlier, she had worked at the then Australian Securities Commission and as a solicitor in private practice.
Teaching
Paula is a lecturer in the areas of corporations law and trusts and industrial arbitration.
