Lecturer, Business Law and Taxation

Before joining Monash, Toan has worked as a Review Officer at the State Revenue Office and in the tax division of a major accounting firm.

He is completing his Master of Laws at The University of Melbourne.

Toan teaches in the areas of business law, commercial law, and taxation.

Toan's research interests are in the areas of tax administration and the WTO's dispute settlement system.
