  • empirical studies of the relationship between corporate governance and corporate performance
  • role and the legal duties of directors
  • role and structure of the board
  • the importance of corporate social responsibility in board deliberations
  • financial and other disclosure issues
  • the role of institutional investors
  • comparative perspective on corporate governance in Asia
