The 2009 Retail Thought Leadership Project,
Retail 2020

We are excited to announce that in 2009 the ACRS conducted a retail thought leadership research project entitled, Retail 2020. This research project involved interviewing a series of senior retailers and thought leaders on their perceptions of the future of retail. The results of this research provide retailers with insights as to what the future may hold and what key trends will likely impact the Australian retail industry.

We warmly invite you to attend our 'Thought Leadership Breakfast', Retail 2020: The future of retail in Australia, in Melbourne July 1st, 2009.

Australian Health and Beauty Report, 2009

The health and beauty retail sector, as is the case for the broader industry, is dynamic and constantly evolving. New product innovations, brand positioning, merchandising, promotions and pricing are all vital weapons in the battle for market share in this space.

The Australian Health and Beauty Report provide readers with insight into the current trading conditions and future prospects for the Health and Beauty industry. The report also discusses key legislation and other regulatory codes that govern the industry. The final discussion of the report focuses on consumer and retailer trends, as well as the implications these trends present to the industry.
