Tracking Research

The ACRS works with a number of retailers, suppliers to the retail industry, and manufacturer brands to track a range of issues, including:

  • Advertising campaign performance
  • Brand performance
  • Brand Awareness
  • Customer perceptions and satisfaction
  • Employee perceptions and satisfaction
  • Competitive market structure
  • Loyalty and customer retention
  • Price sensitivity

Tracking studies allow marketers and brand managers to monitor, and respond to, brand health or other awareness issues over a period of time. A range of tools can be integrated to tracking studies to aid marketers in obtaining the information required to quickly respond to the market.
