Retail Therapy is the Australian Centre for Retail Studies' new thought leadership series. This series is a collection of discussion papers covering various retail topics ranging from generational considerations to business ethics to industry trends and innovations. The aim is encourage discussion of these topics among retailers. Retail Therapy is also designed to better equip retail organisations and those involved with the retail industry with leading-edge retail knowledge and insight. These papers are published regularly throughout the year and are authored by members of the ACRS team and ACRS member organisations.
