Professor Yew-Kwang Ng

Kwang’s research interests include: ethical and welfare economic foundations of public policy; mesoeconomics; inframarginal analysis of specialisation; and Chinese economic reforms. He has published in a wide range of leading international journals, including American Economic Review (7 papers), Journal of Economic Literature (1 paper and 2 book reviews), Journal of Political Economy (3), Review of Economic Studies (2), Economic Journal (6), Journal of Economic Theory, Journal of Economic Behavior and Organization (5), Economica (9), Social Choice and Welfare (13), and Journal of Theoretical Biology (2). He is a fellow of the Academy of Social Sciences and recently received the Distinguished Fellow Award of the Economic Society of Australia in 2007.
