The Department of Economics Distinguished Visitors Program brings leading economic scholars from around the world to Monash University each year.
During their visit, these scholars will share their knowledge with our faculty and students through meetings, seminars, and informal discussions. Most of our visitors present in in our flagship Department Seminar Series (link will be provided to this section). Through this program our faculty and students remain engaged with leading researchers from around the world.
We have between 10-15 visitors through this program each year. This is complemented by our Young Scholars program where academics at the start of their career come to collaborate and share ideas with our faculty.
