New student enrolments

New students will need to return acceptance docuemnts as specified in the offer letter. If you fail to return your acceptance documents as specified in the offer letter by the date specified in the offer letter it will be assumed that you decline the offer of a place.

Local students

Information for new local on campus students can be found on the enrolments website.

International students

International students must attend registration day to enrol at the beginning of each semester

Semester 1 2008 13 February 2008
Semester 2 2008 30 June - 4 July 2008

Off Campus students

Returning student enrolments (re-enrol)

Students must enrol in semesters 1 and 2 for 2008 via the Web Enrolment System (WES). You are responsible for complying with course requirements, including satisfying unit prerequisites and co-requisites. It is important to enrol in your full enrolment load so that there are no delays in being able to register to tutorials.

International Students: You must enrol in a full-time load for semesters 1 and 2 2008 to be compliant with VISA requirements.

Graduate/Postgraduate Business Students

Opening date 8 October 2007
Closing date 12 December 2007
Late re-enrolment period (will incurr a late re-enrolment fee of $110) 13 Dec to 19 Dec 2007

Re-enrolment after intermission

Students who are on intermission are still expected to re-enrol for the following academic year within the same timeframes as currently enrolled students.

Intermitted students will be issued with the same re-enrolment correspondence as enrolled students, including emails to Monash email accounts, but must ensure that they maintain current postal address details with the University so that hardcopy correspondence can be correctly mailed.

  3. Enrol in all your units by the deadline to ensure that you have a workable timetable
  4. Check your dates and deadlines to avoid late penalties
