MAppFin

Master of Applied Finance
This course is designed for graduates with an educational and/or professional background in banking and finance or accounting wishing to gain a formal qualification in applied finance. Areas of study covered include financial management, corporate treasury management, finance and banking relations, funds management, treasury administration and control, and currency and exposure management.

  • Stream A - for those students with a Finance background
  • Stream B - for those students with a relevant business background - including accounting, business, economics, management or marketing

This course offers professional recognition with the Finance and Treasury Association and ASIC.


Banking and Finance Master of Business (Banking and Finance)
This course provides banking and finance professionals with the conceptual and managerial decision-making skills necessary for effective management in changing domestic and international finance markets. The program covers the core areas of capital markets, treasury management, portfolio management and business finance/financial management. Elective units are chosen from a wide range of specific areas of interest.

This course offers professional recognition with ASIC.


MRiskMgt Master of Risk Management
This course prepares students for the increasingly complex risk management issues they will face in many areas of business and government. The range of units undertaken will greatly assist those seeking employment in managerial positions where risk management is an expanding field of practice. They include risk control and the law, risk financing and treasury management, statistics, risk principles and insurance law, as well as a range of electives.
