Oppeus Pty Ltd

Applications for the award categories should demonstrate how the company or
individual has met the key selection criteria for a particular category. The
application is to be typed on A4 sized paper and be a maximum of two pages
in length.

Oppeus Governance Award

Key Selection Criteria:

  • The organisation has demonstrated a track record of success in its field.
  • The organisation is acknowledged as having sound governance framework and processes in place.
  • The organisation's Board makes an effective contribution to the performance of the organisation, and assesses its own effectiveness.
  • The Board is composed of Directors with the necessary skills, experience, and personal attributes, and displays the required governance independence. 
  • The Board oversees appropriate enterprise-wide risk management processes.
