Risk Management Award

Applications for the award categories should demonstrate how the company or individual has met the key selection criteria for a particular category. The application is to be typed on A4 sized paper and be a maximum of two pages in length.

Grant Thornton Risk Management Award

Key Selection Criteria

• Development and documentation of enterprise-wide risk management processes, i.e. processes to continuously identify key financial, compliance, operational and strategic risks.
• Assessment of the adequacy of the process and systems against future business needs including ensuring the risk of new ventures are fully known and managed.
• Demonstrate transparent communication of risks and risk management to all stakeholders.
