Rural Enterprise Award

Applications for the award categories should demonstrate how the company or individual has met the key selection criteria for a particular category. The application is to be typed on A4 sized paper and be a maximum of two pages in length.

Australian Farm Journal Rural Enterprise Award

Key Selection Criteria:

  • Sustained sales up to $20 million per annum.
  • Demonstrates profitable market orientation.
  • Has a food and/or fibre supply chain management focus.
  • Demonstrates an integrated quality assurance commitment including food safety, environmental sustainability and workplace health and safety.
  • Contribution to regional development.
  • Demonstrates a commitment to succession planning
