The Department of Management is organised into four Discipline Groups:-
- Human Resource Management and Employment Relations
- Governance, Leadership and Organisation
- International Business and Strategic Management
- Business Operations and Services
All academic staff are members of one of the discipline groups. The groups are responsible for the content of courses and units in the discipline area and provide a focus for research and scholarships within the discipline.
