Submissions
Manuscripts submitted to Labour and Industry are subject to a blind reviewed by independent referees. All articles submitted to Labour and Industry must comply with the following instructions:

Full papers should not exceed 6000 words (including endnotes, references, tables and appendices etc.). Shorter Research Notes of between 2000-2500 words will also be considered.

All submitted manuscripts should include a covering letter. The covering letter should indicate that the article has not been submitted to any other publisher while it is being reviewed by Labour and Industry. Please also indicate whether a similar or related article has been submitted or accepted by another journal. The covering letter should also contain an acknowledgement that all authors agree to transfer copyright for the article to Labour and Industry.

The manuscript should follow the Author Guidelines.
