Global Human Resource Management

This project is part of an international research collaboration led by Professor Chris Brewster and Professor Paul Sparrow in the United Kingdom. Four issues have been identified as of importance for scholars and practitioners working in Global HRM: Global sourcing; line managers and HR business partners; and effective knowledge management and knowledge transfer. This research explores the four issues, from the perspectives of multinational corporations (MNCs).
