Organisational Performance: A Comparison of Perceptual and Objective Performance Measures
Recently our group has developed a pilot scale to measure perceived organisational performance. The present study seeks to further validate this measure by testing a model of organisational performance and determine the relationships between non-financial, social and environmental performance, and their connection to corporate financial performance. Recent world events, including the global financial crisis, have highlighted the need for a multi-dimensional understanding of organisational performance.
