Abstract of Keynote Address: Innovative Integration of Operations, Supply Chain and Service Management

Operations management, supply chain management, and service management have evolved as three separate knowledge areas. However, as competition increases, firms try to integrate goods and services as well as add a supply chain perspective to the manufacturing operations. Therefore, it becomes more important and fruitful to bridge these three areas in finding holistic solutions to the management of all types of operations. This presentation will provide perspectives on integration and innovation in manufacturing, service and supply chain operations.
