Registration

All registrations include: attendance at all symposium sessions, morning and afternoon teas, lunches, satchels, program and symposium proceedings, welcome drinks and symposium dinner.

*Student registration must include proof of full-time student status. A signed letter of authority from the Head of Department of the relevant university must be submitted with the registration form. If paying by credit card then the signed letter of authority from the Head of Department should be faxed to Lyn Vinton (03) 9903 2979.

(All fees are tax deductible and include GST).

The registration form below is required if payment is via cheque or money order only.  Credit card payments do not require this registration form.
