MGRU research addresses governance at all levels from the global to the most local.  Whether at the level of the firm, the nation, or the multilateral regulatory agency, governance has many elements in common.  Poor governance affects economic outcomes, business performance, international trade, social development, equity, and political stability and thus is a key element of business and economics.
