Guidelines for Submission of Papers

  1. Submitted papers must not have been previously presented or scheduled for presentation, published or accepted for publication.
  2. Papers should be typed on standard A4 pages using 12 point Times New Roman typeface or equivalent.
  3. All margins should be 2.54 cm (1”) and text should be single space with double space between paragraphs.
  4. To ensure an impartial refereeing process, there should be no author identification after the cover page, including in headers or footers. Please also ensure that any author identifying information is removed from the file properties.
  5. The cover page should include: Title of paper, Name of author(s), Employer/organisation, address (surface mail), telephone and fax numbers, email address. The title should be bold-faced and centred in upper/lower case.
  6. All section and sub-sections should be easily identifiable using bold-face and upper/lower case where necessary.
  7. Figures and Tables should be sized to scale and labelled with a caption centred under the figure or table. It is preferable to have the figures and tables included in the text.
  8. References should be listed in full at the end of the paper using the following standard form:
