Welcome to WERRC

Work and Employment Rights Research Centre (WERRC)

WERRC was established in 2006 as a new research centre with the Faculty of Business and Economics. It brings together researchers across a number of departments within the Faculty, as well as researchers working in other Faculties, all of whom have an interest in the rights that surround and underpin work and employment.

The centre has, as its central research focus, the topic of employment rights, and aims to further the employment rights agenda, specifically in the fields of labour law and industrial relations.
