Research Interests:

Research and consulting addresses issues of concern to management, employees and other business stakeholders with the aim of identifying work design and management interventions that improve quality of work life, cross-cultural relations, social and organisational justice, employee and community well being, social and economic inclusion, and the achievement of personal and organisational work goals. Current research and consulting is exploring these issues in the performance and customer experience of service work, in the management and processes of diverse workgroups, in the development of interventions to address workplace bullying, in public sector leadership, in aboriginal economic development, and in stakeholder research and consultation through online communities.
