Undertaking the degree has provided me with further insight and knowledge, particularly from a strategic perspective, of human resource theoretical dimensions. This has been invaluable in assisting with development of training and employee development programs for our staff.

Companies need to value their 'human assets' or knowledge assets much more than simply compensation in return for performance. So my passion and focus is on leadership and change, and I hope to achieve the skills in this degree, plus a qualification in Organisational Psychology, to consult to various industry sectors and help change the business landscape for companies today.

I have found the lecturers very willing and encouraging in their delivery of course unit content and also in their feedback and guidance. It is this desire to pass on learning from lecturers that I enjoyed most, and the excellent resources/facilities of the University, such as Monash library, bookshop and administration units.
