I originally embarked on an HR career in 1999 after completing an undergraduate degree in human resources management and industrial relations.

While I have found HR to be an area of expertise that is always evolving, challenging, but ultimately rewarding I have always been fascinated by the relationship and dynamic between employee and employer. It was this interest plus a natural love of learning, which pulled her back to study workplace and industrial relations. I found it very enjoyable to study and witness at the same time the theoretical concepts in practical application.

I look forward to continuing to build my professional career in strategic human resources management.
