I came originally from a trade background, and saw the Master of Workplace and Industrial Relations as a way to compliment my background.

I enjoy learning and developing my skills. The program has provided me with a broad range of new skills and a better understanding of theories, systems and process of IR. It has been a real eye-opener. The knowledge I now have gives me a ‘big picture’ approach to IR issues, and a clearer understanding of how to devise strategy.
