Completing the Masters of Human Resource Management at Monash has equipped me with the contemporary skills and knowledge needed to pursue a successful career in HR and has opened many doors to some great career opportunities. 

In my final year of study, I began working as an HR Adviser for a global IT services company.  Once I began working, it was evident how the theoretical knowledge gained translated into practical application. The impact of complete HR management programs is a vital aspect of a company’s success, and the subjects offered in this course gave me a solid understanding of how best to identify the needs of a company and develop the most suited HR solution, on both an operational and strategic level.

I know that the knowledge and skills gained through my studies has given me a strong foundation upon which to build my career and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to enter into the HR field. I have made some great friends, had some great experiences and I know that I will be reaping the rewards of doing this course for years to come.
