“I’ve worked in HR for a number of years, but I felt that I was lacking that technical tertiary knowledge of HR and really knowing the leading edge of HR at the moment. The change management was of special interest, one of my roles is currenly as a change facilitator within the organisation that I’m currently working for. To have a greater understanding of how change impacts employees, it was a lot of information I learned through the study that assisted me in working with people through change.

At this stage it has helped me expand my role in HR to further afield, I’m now working with different countries in the Asia-Pacific region and my study through HR at Monash has really helped through expanding and undertaking units that looked at international HRM as well as local. I’m looking to move toward working in HR at a strategic level for organisations, whether it's with my current organisation or further afield.”
