“Having looked through the Master of Management program at Monash, I fairly quickly determined that it had the type of subjects and the type of disciplines I needed to progress my career and also to develop personally. The special aspects which most appealed to me about the whole course was the interrelationship between many of the subjects that you actually undertake, and it started right from the very first subjects in the executive certificate.

The overall structure of the subjects for me really brought out the importance of the systemic nature of business and more importantly, managing, and what the means to bring the best out of people to make a difference and be successful. So, it was an enormously empowering thing to do and probably one of the best things I’ve done for myself. What could people do for themselves in their careers or to develop themselves personally, my advice would be to make the investment. Its worth it.”
