Suzanne Bergin-Seers
PhD; MBus; BEd; DipEd

Dr Suzanne Bergin-Seers has 17 years experience in education and 13 years in research. For over a decade Sue has worked at Victoria University in the Small Business Research Unit and the Centre for Tourism and Services Research and recently as a Senior Research Fellow. Her research expertise includes: small business, sustainable enterprises, green consumerism and business performance. Sue has led and worked with a number of teams on a range of academic and industry projects. Grants received have been funded by a number of leading industry organisations and key government agencies. Examples of these organisations are Tourism Victoria; the Commonwealth Department of Employment, Workplace Relations and Small Business; the Commonwealth Department of Industry Tourism and Resources; AusIndustry; Parks Victoria, the Victorian Department of Industry, Innovation and Regional Development and APEC. Sue has also worked with Universities across the country to provide research to academe and industry and has undertaken several projects for the Sustainable Tourism Co-operative Research Centre (STCRC).
Sue commenced on Monday 27 April and will work with academics in the Department on various research projects.
