Supervisors and Staff

Students participating in the Bachelor of Business or Bachelor of Commerce Honours Course must have a supervisor for the duration of their course. Amongst other functions, the supervisor acts as a mentor for the student and provides substantial advice and guidance throughout the honours year. Specifically:

• the student will consult with the supervisor throughout the Honours Course to ensure that they have developed a suitable proposal for their research project, that appropriate research procedures and methods are adopted in the conduct of the research and that this is achieved in a timely fashion
• the supervisor provides guidance in the preparation of the research proposal, the completion of the research project and the preparation of the research report
