International Marketing Study Program - who can go?

The International Marketing Study Program is open to Undergraduate, Postgraduate and Masters students. Undergraduate students must be in their 2nd year or above. Acceptance to participate in the Program is not automatic. Usually we receive many more expressions of interest and applications than we are able to accommodate.

Selection is determined by the Co-Directors and is based on specific criteria such as stage of course progression and number of marketing subjects completed.

Unit details

Undergraduate students may gain credit for two Units (MKF3521 and MKF3001) - see note below. Postgraduate students gain credit for one Unit (MKF5521).

Please note: Clayton based students may undertake this study program as one elective, however it will not count towards a marketing major. MKF3531, MKC3220 and MKW3444 are prohibited combinations.

Prior to the program departure all participants will be required to attend a two day study block. At the study block guest lecturers will present a series of seminars on various aspects of international marketing. Attendance at the study block, and at the research report presentation day in the following March, is compulsory.
