Business and education group to foster local linkages

A regional business and education group was recently established at the Berwick campus to expand linkages between the university and the wider-Berwick communities.

The Monash University Berwick Business and Education Group (MUBBEG) was established under the direction of Mr Danny Khoury, Deputy head of the Faculty of Business and Economics at Berwick campus.

“Through regular contact, we will be encouraging synergy between Monash’s Berwick campus, local schools and the business community,” said Mr Khoury.

MUBBEG will hold regular business breakfast seminars and evening forum. The first MUBBEG breakfast for 2005 was held on Friday 17 June.
