Excellence acknowledged during Celebration of Achievement

It was a celebration of achievement with the winners of the 2007 Dean’s Awards recognised for their hard work and commitment last night. Awards and Commendations were presented to staff in three diverse and equally important areas of professional staff, research and teaching across the faculty. 

With a team of outstanding academic staff and a high level of national research funding, the faculty offers the highest quality research and teaching across an extraordinary range of disciplines.

An extensive nomination and selection process was undertaken and a total of 13 Dean’s Awards for Excellence, 59 individual Commendations and three team Commendations across the three categories were awarded.

The gala event held at the Park Hyatt featured fine food, music and entertainment. The awards night was shared with alumni and partners from within the business community.

The following staff received Dean’s Awards:

Research - exceptional achievement in research by an Early Career Researcher.
