As Director of the Vodafone Customer Unit, Craig Hosken is the key account manager for Vodafone Australia, New Zealand and Fiji where he is responsible for the customer relationship, sales, tactical commercial negotiation and long-term account strategy. Craig has over 13 years experience in the telecommunications industry including several customer account manager roles internationally with Ericsson posts in India, Malaysia and Sweden.We lost track of Craig in Sweden, but are pleased to have caught up with his recent career success. You can now find Craig at Ericsson Australia's NSW office in North Ryde.
